3. Valuation

A valuation is an estimation of the value of the property you wish to buy (or to provide as security to support the loan).

We use an independent valuer to value the property you are purchasing or providing as security.

Using the contact details provided in your application form the valuer will phone the specified contact to arrange a time to inspect the security property.
